A new line of cast iron cookware from TM BIOL – portion pans HoReCa line with enamel outer and inner coating, mat. Mat black enamel is especially scratch resistant and specially designed for frequent use in restaurants, cafes and kitchens. The enamel coating provides easy care and using, cookware do not rust, food can be stored.
These portion pans are specially made in small sizes, as they are designed for one serving. Cookware will allow you to cook with pleasure and organize the correct serving of dish that will maintain the required temperature for a long time due to the high heat capacity of cast iron.
