The working surface of the frying pan is covered with a unique non-stick material. A protective coating with increased resistance to abrasion and damage is applied on by spraying. The non-stick layer with a thickness of 25-35 microns prevents food sticking and burning, and allows cooking dishes without additional use of cholesterol-containing fats. A detachable handle will let you store the product conveniently in the kitchen cupboard and wash it in the dishwasher.
