In 2003 the company commenced on producing aluminium cookware with non-stick coating. The company uses in production only high quality coating which is applied by means of the automated spraying line of the Italian company NOVAC. BIOL Ltd. is a leading Ukrainian company producing cast aluminium cookware. Our company is situated in Melitopol ( Ukraine ). The company's history dates back to 1999. In March 2000 the first production line was put into operation. Manufacture of cookwares - features and technologies
BIOL Ltd. are an independent enterprise, basic which kind of activity is manufacture of cast aluminium utensils, products from plastic, equipments for moulding, compression moulds and stamps.
The enterprise, studying a consumer demand in the market of kitchen utensils, constantly increases assortment of production and introduces new technologies. Thus, introduction in manufacture of the European technologies has allowed to release utensils with a non-stick cookware.
Our enterprise the first in Ukraine has mastered qualitatively new level of manufacturing of cookwares with a non-stickcoating. It became possible, due to introduction of the Italian automated line "NOVAC" on drawing two-layer non-stick cookwares.
The non-stick ware is rendered by a raising dust method . This method allows to finish thickness of an internal layer up to 35 microns. Service life of the products made with application of a raising dust method , reaches 6 years. High non-stick properties and long term of operation of utensils are reached by introduction in manufacture of the given method of drawing of coverings.
The cookwares with a beaded bottom is made by way of manual moulding in a metal mold on special technology. Thus, thickness of a wall of the case makes 3, 5 mm, a bottom of 7 mm that promotes uniform distribution of heat at heating. The metal mold method moulding is considered one of the most qualitative and non-polluting, and is carried out only from food aluminium alloys. At different stages experts on quality of cookwares supervise manufacture according to the certain requirements:
- The products intended for drawing of a covering, should be made of homogeneous metal, identical thickness in order to prevent deformations
- The surface of a product should not have cracks, dents
- The covering should have thickness of a layer at the bottom 20 - 35 microns and to provide non-stick properties, not sticking of foodstuff, thermostability
